The room was small, but the shower worked great. Lots of stairs to climb.

i stayed at the Keese expecting superior service but was shocked by the freezing room temperature, I hardly slept a wink! and to top it off, there was no elevator. as a special guest, one would expect a warm welcome gift or at least some kind of acknowledgment for enduring those 4 floors!

Had a decent stay in the Double Room as a family for 1 night. The room was clean, and the bed was surprisingly comfy. The street below was super loud at times, though, which could be a problem if you're a light sleeper. Good thing the location is close to everything, making it easy to explore Hamburg's nightlife right outside the door.
